[How to]Forgot passcode for new ipad!

I bought a new ipad, and today my son set passcode for it when i went out ( 5years son) .And now i can not access my ipad.I restore it by itunes and got mistake at 3194 .
Now how can i restore my ipad? Pls help me.
I open ipad and it ask : IPAD IS DISABLED( connect to Itunes ).

try restore by DFU mode :)
