Firstly, Please make sure you used thelatest version of itunes. You can go to apple.com to check the latestinformation. Secondly, make sure you have the right download of iTunes (32-bitor 64-bit),
if you have download theright one for your system, that could cause driver issues which is the numberone cause of blue screens. If that still don’t work, you can try a 3ed-partytool like iphone/ ipad transfer

yes brother, you can save your videos from your ipad to your desktop computer. just use itools, download it here http://www.download.hr/software-itools.html
after download, open it, plug in your ipad tab, choose the video tabs at the left corner. now, it will displays all the videos youve downloaded and synced from itunes, here you can select one or more videos and manually save them to your computer. and you can manually add videos. same as the music and apps. try it my friend and post the results. :)
Well I remember seeing a youtube videosaying that it’s because itunes blocked some data when you sync your appleproducts, so you may try to change some settings to make them unhidden.Unfortunately I don’t have that video right now. but you can google yourquestion “how to transfer videos from ipad to pc” to find that video. Oh andremember to choose "video" tab on the left side to screen the searchresults, it will help a lot to find the more exact answers.
