The iPhone Dev-Team has released the iOS 4.0 jailbreak for the iPhone 3G and iPod touch 2G.

redsn0w beta has been updated to hacktivate iOS 4.0 for iPhone3G (in addition to jailbreaking the iPhone3G and iPod Touch 2G).

You can download the new version of RedSn0w here:

when for full jailbreak for iphone 3gs no need activation for oreginal sim card

I am using iPhone 2 G iSO 4 but now it has problem..it's restart(reboot) again and again not log into the menu screen. I don't know why, What's wrong with that? what should I do?

iPhone 2G run iSO 4 ? you're so awesome, OK back to your question, iTunes can restore your iPhone 2g  with OS 3.1.3, have you tried that before?

To jail break you iPhone 3g You can follow the steps mentioned below.
Points to be kept in mind
1.H 1.
Hacking iPhone could void warranty.
2.
Upgrade iPhone firmware 2.2, you should be awarethat firmware2.2 breaks turbo sim.
3.
YellowsnOw doesn’t support pin enabled sim, sodisable any pin you are having.
4.
Once your iPhone 3G is running firmware 2.2 withbaseband firmware 02.28.00 is jailbroken, now you unlock iPhone 3g following unlock steps.
