while apple has released i.o.s 4.0.2 for i phone 4, 3gs the important thing is that they haven,t updated based band what this means is that 05.13.04 based band which accompanies i.o.s  4.0.2 is still unlocked with ultrasn0w provided that you manage to jailbreak your i.o.s device at the moment only i phone 3g and i pod touch 3g and i pod touch 2g (Non-mc model) can be jailbroken on this latest firmware using the latest version of Redsnow so teChnically you can only unlock i phone 3G on ios 4.0.2.
