I was also connected to lan-internet I removed the lan cable and I could connect over wifi with no error! PandaDaemon can be transformed in english very easy: just go in iPhone to "private/var/mobile/library/NetDragon/applications/pandaspace.app/zh_CN.lproj" and edit file "Localizable.strings". the file contains some links(leave them alone) and some lines whith translations from english to chinese(or some other asian language). just delete these translation lines, save the file and respring. thats all. d'ont forget to make a backup of the file first.
