PandaHome2 is a theme management application on the Android platform, which allows users to customize any apps’ display name, font size, font color, icon, and so on, and download and switch home themes freely.

1. Software Installation
Use PC Suite to install PandaHome2: after downloading and installing PC Suite, connect your phone to your computer, the PC Suite will prompt you to install PhoneDaemon, then the PC Suite will recognize your phone (if your phone cannot be recognized correctly, please check your cable connection). Once the above procedures have all been completed, double-click the APK installation package of PandaHome2 to install PandaHome2 to your phone.
2. Download and Use Themes
Press the MENU button on your phone, and then tap “PandaHome†on the menu to enter the main interface of PandaHome. Tap “Online†tab to enter the online theme list, where you can browse all themes available for download. FREE means this theme is free to download. Tap a theme to enter the preview interface.

Tap on the folder icon in the lower right corner to download this theme. Once the download completes, you’ll be prompted. If you are not satisfied with the theme, just tap the green arrow button to return to the theme list and choose another theme.

Downloaded themes can be found under “My Themes†tab. Tap on a theme to bring up a dialogue box, where you can choose “Apply†to apply this theme as your home theme, or “Preview†or “Delete†to preview or delete this theme.

3. Icon Settings
In addition to applying a downloaded theme directly, PandaHome also allows you to customize app icons. Hold down an icon for two seconds, a circular menu will pop up, with five functions: Delete Icon, Change Icon, Back to Home, View App Info and Uninstall App available in anticlockwise order.

PandaHome also provides two shortcut Dockbars on both sides of the screen. Tap on the small triangle icon on each side to show the Dockbar. You can put some frequently-used apps on the Dockbar in the following way: tap on the small triangle icon to bring up the Dockbar, then long-press an icon for two seconds, when the phone vibrates, drag the app icon to the Dockbar area. To delete an app from the Dockbar, just long-press the app and drag it to the trash bin in the lower part of the screen when the phone vibrates.

4. More Settings
For more custom options, you can enter the main interface of PandaHome and choose the third tab “Settingsâ€, where System Settings, Dockbar, Multi-Screen and Appearance can be found, and you can customize them according to your preference.
